After a few years discovering the various cuisines in France, Canada, Belgium and Corsica where he was well noted each time in several Cuisine Magazines and Guides like the Gault & Millau, Olivier CHARLET now shares with the guests of Le Jardin des Frênes his different experience together with the traditional Provencal dishes.
